    To recap, the ability to focus and concentrate is an important part of learning any skill and it is something which should be practiced. This applies especially for lucid dreaming since our minds tend to wander in our downtime such as sleeping. You will be much more successful in achieving your dream goals/intentions if you are able to sufficiently focus your mind and limit any external thoughts immediately before your dream sessions.  

  These 2 exercises can help to induce you into a relaxed and focused mind for dreaming. You can repeat these exercises as many times as you feel the need to.  

  It is recommended to at least listen to the audio meditation track immediately before sleeping on your weekend dreaming sessions. However, you can start practicing this routine now in preparation for the weekend.
